The initial enquiry…

Your ideas, thoughts & dreams

The bespoke wedding enquiry form allows you to detail all of your rough (or most definite) plans for your flowers. I encourage you to share as much as you possibly can, as this really allows you to detail exactly where you’re up to in your wedding planning journey.

There’s no right or wrong here, I just really love to see all your inspiration and help turn it into a reality.

Your one-to-one consultation…

Let’s discuss further

Once I’ve received your email, I’ll review and let you know if I have any questions and if your date is available, plus we have then have the chance to see if we’re a good fit in terms of style of blooms.

After we’ve confirmed any of these initial queries, I will reach out to organise a complimentary face to face consultation, which can either be in person or over a video call.

This next step allows us both the opportunity to run through a list of questions, and to share lots of thoughts and ideas. From bouncy & wild bridal bouquets, to dried floral buttonholes or custom built installations, I can work with you to bring your wedding vision to life.

This is a super useful step, wherever you are in your wedding planning journey.

Your quotation…

Pinboards and proposals

I always aim to get all our thoughts down onto paper as soon as possible after the initial consultation, whilst everything is still fresh in our minds.

I will work to create a completely customised proposal for your wedding flowers, that includes potential flower choices always led by the seasons, a visual showcase of seasonal blooms, some design concepts and finally an itemised estimate.

At this point, we can then work together to add, remove and tweak anything as required. Sometimes a site visit together can be helpful to decide on the ceremony, venue and wedding reception flowers. Once you’re happy to go ahead, I can send across the deposit payment invoice and as soon as this is paid, you’re all confirmed!

The lead up…

Not long to go until your big day!

It’s pretty plain sailing from here, until around 1-2 months before your big day.

I’ll be working away on colour palettes, sourcing flowers and finalising eco friendly mechanics for any installations. I’m always available on my emails for any questions, alterations, additions or general thoughts, so just get in touch if you need me!

The Wedding Day…

A blur of excitement

Before you know it, the day’s finally arrived! I will provide you with a detailed breakdown in the lead up to your wedding, with what to expect and my itinerary for the day depending on your floral choices.

I can’t wait to personally hand over your bouquet - I always do this myself to be able to see your reaction and wish you lots of happiness on your special day.

Want to discuss your Bryonia wedding flowers?

I encourage you to get in touch and simply see how working with a modern & eco minded florist can help add joy and life to your wedding florals. A portfolio of my style of floristry is showcased on my website, and with every single happy couple, I will dedicate my energies to ensure all my flowers symbolise your love and it’s beauty.

My wedding diary is open for 2021 & 2022, the best way to reach out is to complete my bespoke enquiry form, and I will be back in touch as soon as I can.

I can’t wait to hear more about all your ideas,

Jenna x
